Refund Policy
Under no circumstances will any items be eligible for a refund.
Exchange Policy
Items for exchange must be unused and free from any damage or defects caused by non-human factors. If the store has advised you to do so, please retain the original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, customers must leave a message via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the goods, explaining the reason and providing the corresponding invoice number. The exchange must be carried out under the guidance of customer service. All exchanged items and their packaging (including gifts), along with the relevant documents, must be returned in complete condition; otherwise, the company reserves the right to retain all exchange procedures. If customers fail to provide the required documents or items, the company has the right to refuse the application. The shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer, and the company will not be responsible.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Opened or incomplete packaging
- Used or damaged items
- Goods received beyond 7 days
